Lead a 3-to-4 person crew managing residential interior French drain trenching, sump pit excavation, battery backup installations, and foundation waterproofing. Oversees quality control, jobsite safety, laser leveling, and homeowner walkthroughs.
Operates electric jackhammers to remove perimeter concrete, trenches sub-grade drainage beds, installs perforated piping and dimpled wall vapor barriers, sets sump basins, and finishes smooth concrete slab patches.
Diagnoses basement wall fractures, injects high-pressure polyurethane and structural epoxy resins, and installs engineered carbon fiber reinforcement grid straps and steel I-beams on bowing concrete masonry walls.
